Pool decks, paver driveways, stucco and storefronts — cleaned at the right pressure for the surface.
Get a Free QuoteWe're based in Gilbert, so Chandler is next door and somewhere we work constantly. It's a city of mostly newer, master-planned neighborhoods, and that shapes the work: less bare concrete than older parts of the Valley, and far more of the decorative surfaces that get ruined by the wrong approach.
Around Ocotillo, Sun Groves and the newer south Chandler communities, driveways and pool decks are commonly pavers, travertine or flagstone. These need low pressure and the correct detergent. Too much pressure blows the jointing sand out of pavers and pits soft travertine permanently — damage that can't be undone afterwards. We clean them at a pressure suited to the material and re-sand joints where it's needed.
Chandler has a lot of pools, and Arizona's water leaves chalky calcium and lime wherever it splashes or where irrigation overspray hits. On a pool deck it also gets slick, which is the part people usually call about. Near the man-made lakes in the Ocotillo area we also see more algae and green growth on north-facing surfaces that stay damp and shaded.
Master-planned means HOA, and Chandler HOAs tend to be particular about driveways, walls and exteriors. If you've had a letter with a deadline, tell us the date and we'll work to it. Light stucco is the other common request — roof runoff streaks and dust show badly on it, and it wants a gentle wash rather than a pressure wash.
We also cover Chandler's retail plazas, restaurant patios, drive-thrus and parking structures, generally scheduled outside opening hours so nothing disrupts trade.
