Scottsdale has the most delicate surfaces of anywhere we work. Travertine patios, flagstone walkways, saltillo courtyards, paver driveways, stone veneer and fountains — materials where the wrong nozzle does damage that cleaning can't undo. Most of the job here is choosing the right pressure and chemistry, not turning the machine up.

Travertine, flagstone and natural stone

Natural stone is softer than it looks. Too much pressure pits travertine, strips the sand from paver joints and cuts lines into flagstone that show up the moment it dries. These surfaces get a surface cleaner or a soft wash at low pressure with a stone-safe solution, and pavers get re-sanded if the joints come up short. Sealed stone we test in a corner first.

Hard water, calcium and fountain staining

Scottsdale water is hard, and it leaves the white crust you see around fountains, pool waterlines, misters and any wall a drip line has been hitting for a few years. That's mineral, not dirt — pressure alone won't touch it, and it needs a descaler worked on the deposit. Same story with the sprinkler overspray staining on stucco and glass.

House washing and casitas

Stucco, stone veneer and painted trim all get soft washed, which is low pressure and a cleaning solution doing the work. We also clean guest houses, courtyards, garden walls and entry gates — and we're used to working in communities with gate access, quiet hours and HOA standards to keep the property to.

Vacation rentals, resorts and Old Town commercial

A lot of Scottsdale property sits empty part of the year or turns over weekly, so we do a fair amount of pre-arrival and between-guest cleaning on short notice. On the commercial side it's restaurant patios, bar frontage and sidewalks around Old Town and along Scottsdale Road, where the problem is grease and foot traffic. That work gets scheduled overnight or early so it's done before doors open.
