These terms apply to your use of nopressureaz.com and to services provided by No Pressure, LLC, trading as No Pressure Power Washing ("we", "us"), of Gilbert, Arizona. By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide pressure washing, hot water surface cleaning and window cleaning for residential and commercial properties in Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, Tempe and the surrounding area.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us. The final price may change if the surface, size or condition differs from what was described.
Where a price depends on seeing the property, we will confirm it before starting work.
Submitting a form does not create a booking until we confirm it.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe access to the areas being cleaned, along with a working water supply and, where needed, electricity.
Please move vehicles, furniture and anything fragile before we arrive, or tell us in advance so we can plan around it.
Weather may require rescheduling. We will contact you as early as we can if that happens.

Results and existing damage

Pressure washing removes dirt, staining and growth, but it cannot reverse permanent damage. Some conditions — etching, spalling, oxidation, deep or long-standing stains, prior coating failure or damage from earlier cleaning — may not fully improve. We will tell you when we expect that to be the case rather than promise a result we cannot deliver. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for defects we identify and point out beforehand.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. For larger or commercial work we may agree a deposit or invoicing schedule in advance.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may contact you by text about your quote request or scheduled work. Message frequency varies, and we do not send recurring marketing texts.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation

Let us know as soon as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment. For scheduled commercial or recurring work, we ask for reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Arizona law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
